We want you to really love your Smart Fitzjerrell purchase and feel great wearing it, plus we value you as a customer, so if you’d like to make a return or exchange just let us know. Please drop us a line at and tell us what you’re sending our way so that we can be sure to exchange your goods or credit your card properly.


Of course, please make sure that you haven’t worn, altered, or washed whatever you’re sending back, and please leave the original tags attached. Smart Fitzjerrell will have to check whatever you’ve sent back and ensure that your dog didn’t try to chomp on it for breakfast, you didn’t go swimming in it, et cetera. Basically, we just need to know that you’re returning something in the same condition in which it was sent to you.


Please send returns or exchanges within 14 days (that’s 2 weeks) from when you receive them. It may take up to 5 business days for us to process your refund or exchange, though we’ll always do so as quickly as possible and will appropriately credit your card. (Please note that we can’t refund shipping + handling charges.)
